Delete your account

1In Ages Shop (shoppers)

• Open the app and go to the Me tab.
• Scroll down and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

2In AgesSync (merchants)

• Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.
• Your products are removed from Ages Shop and your account is deleted.

3What happens to your data

• We delete your account, cart, saved items and, for shoppers, your order history from the apps.
• For merchants, listings are hidden from shoppers and your business details are removed.
• Where the law requires us to keep certain records (for example transaction records), we keep only what is needed and for as long as required.
• Backups can hold information for a short additional period before they are overwritten.

4Can't access the app?

Email oforirockson@proton.me from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account", and tell us whether it is an Ages Shop or AgesSync account. We will confirm and delete it.
